CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client does not give at least 24 hour notice of their time of their appointment, full charge of their massage will be owed even if a client is poorly.
You can cancel via text by 8pm up until the day before your booking! Clients will not be charged if they rebook in, in the same week. If a client is on a monthly offer or a regular and cancels without rebooking, they will lose their discount for further treatments.
If you have booked a holiday on the day or week of your appointment, a weeks notice is required to reschedule your appointment before or after to keep discount and to enable us to book another client in
